• Purchasing properties in any condition, including those needing renovation or full rehabilitation
• Facilitating discreet, timely closings based on seller timelines
• Offering consultation on private, off-market sale options

Important: We are real estate investors, not real estate agents or brokers. We acquire properties directly for our own investment purposes.

02.No Obligation Policy

Requesting a private offer from MKM Luxury carries no obligation. You are free to:

• Accept or decline our offer at any time

We will never pressure you into selling your property. Our goal is to provide a fair, private solution that works for your situation.

• Transfer of property and payment of funds

All closings are conducted through reputable, licensed title companies. We cover all closing costs as stated in our offer.

• Property ownership status (including trust or LLC holdings)

Providing false or misleading information may result in adjustment or withdrawal of our offer.

13.SMS / Text Message Program

MKM Luxury

Our SMS/text messaging program provides property inquiry updates, offer details, appointment confirmations, and transaction-related communications to consumers who have submitted contact information through our website forms. By providing your phone number and completing our web form, you consent to receive text messages from MKM Luxury regarding your property inquiry. Message frequency varies based on your engagement — typically 2 to 10 messages per month during an active inquiry.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to (561) 461-2261. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
